? That's the bellydancer hired for the wedding. I'm pretty sure. No woman in Egypt will go outside dressed like that (much less to a wedding) unless she's a dancer. I think the guy in charge of the entertainment just told her to go and do the dancing in front of where the couple was sitting.

@snoo333 I'm almost certain =) I'm Egyptian/lived in Egypt and there's different techniques to make those really high pitched/clanking sounds =)
