I think Sica was supposed to sing like that to suit the song + the autotune that they do sometimes for japanese songs like Gee:) Sica's voice is really jiang :D Go search "unstoppable tears" a song dear sica sang,really good vocals.In "Born to be a lady" and "Let it rain" Jessica also showed quite GOOD vocals :)

@xenocentricism It's probably just the autotune. And sometimes ppl voices r just like that. She doesn't sound likea kindergardner. Just her voice, she still can hella sing
