When Maks left he was 14, now he's 31. He got most of his education in English (here is States), so the Russian now is like a second language for him.

@Zhanna668169 Oh so because he lived in the States he does not know some words? Forgive me, I didn't really understand the beginning of the show...how old was Maks when he came to the US, still a kid? Is that why is does not understand some words?

Dear Cutie :-) Nobody speaks Ukrainian to Maks because he only knows a few words. Maks does understand Russian, but like I said before, Kristina was using some words or phrases that Maks didn't know the meaning of it. He was always confused, they could not communicate on same level. I also noticed a few times he asked girls "what do you mean by that" when he couldn't figure out what they meant. It's absolutely fine for someone who lives more then half of his life in states. Don't worry :-))

@Zhanna668169 Zhanna I have a question is it because Kristina uses Ukrainian words that Maks cannot understand or the other way around? Maks understands Russian right?

10. Maks took Sasha on city tour, he tells her about the city, how he remember this city being so big, but not he feels that either city got smaller or he got bigger. The voice behind the screen saying that Sasha is really nervios and hoping that Maks won't bring up the "notes" issue. When they in the restaurant she said that she never been in such a nice romantic place with such a nice guy and feels like she's part of the movie. End of the episode.

9. Then they showing Maks with host, host asked him if Maks is ready to meet girls and if he already have plans how he's going to spend his time in Odessa. Maks said that he wanted to show girls his first home, show them the city. Girls got the card and it was invitation for Sasha. Ilona, Kristi, Yana and Marina during their interview said that they don't want Sasha to get a rose. (Interesting that they didn't ask Nadya, her "friend".

8. Now Sasha is talking to Maks. She's trying to explain him that what ever mess is going in the house has nothing to do with her, she said that she haven't told anyone anything about them and she's hoping when he's back they will have chance to talk.

7. so his Russian is left at that level. I know that because I communicate with people who came here as children and most of the time they have to use English words just because they don't know them in Russian. I wish he would tell her that sometimes he don't understand her and why. When person knows only one language it's hard for them to realize that someone may not understand them.

6. The conversation between Kristina and Maks didn't go well, sometime she was using "big" words that Maks could not understand. I know that because his face expression, he's Russian is not as good to understand some stuff she was saying. I believe that it was also a big issue why they could not communicate well. Other girls using normal language to communicate, Kristina could not understand that Maks simply cannot understand what she was saying sometimes. He left when he was a child

5.Now back to this episode : Starting from girls talking to Maks via skype. All girls wishes him a good new year and hoping he will find he's love. All girls were positive except Kristina, she started to talk about the notes and Maks trying to explain her that he treating everyone the same, he cannot understand why Kristina and girls took it so seriously the notes that really does mean anything. Maks has no idea that he's notes were twisted and "edited" with Kristina's emagination.

4. I think Sasha purposely placed the notes there for Kristina to find it. It was not her private book ! It was shared one and only person in her room was Kristina. Sasha played that so well, she knew how to destroy Kristina and she did that. She later said that Kristina was her major competitor, so here is the explanation about the note. Maks haven't done anything wrong so far, the note was harmless.

3. and there were Yana and Kristi. Kristi asked Kristina what has happened, first she refused to say anything but later told them about the notes. The notes itself was really a no big deal. But Kristina with her damaged soul from previous relationship( when she was cheated ) took this as Maks cheated on her. She oviosly was so upset and the way she interpret the notes to girls of course all girls started to cry and worry that Maks already made his decision who is the ONE for him.

2. she said that she was not planning to read the notes, but when they fell, the note got unfold and she saw Maks handwriting and they were few words that cut her attention. She said she could not resist not to read them because Maks and her had a romantic date and she felt that something is going on behind her back. Kristina got really upset and wanted to talk to Sasha, but Sasha rudely told her that she's busy and started to talk to her dad on the phone. Kristina went downstars

1. Hi everyone, I got few requests to translate this episode in more details. Before I start translating I want to share what I know about this note from Kristina's story that she told during show called "How to get married". She said that Sasha and her were sharing a notebook were they were taking some notes like phone numbers, or other non private information. Kristina got call from her mom and needed to write the address, so she took the note book and the notes fell of from the book

Kristi to do what she did in the first of the show is not typically what a NICE girl would do on a FIRST date! More like loose women! Can't respect a girl like that. Then to brag about Maks USING the TONGUE on her to others is just sick!

Christina was the pretty one with the most values as a person, but too tall and had been married before.

Shasha is a trouble maker, she will be problems all her life it is easy to see that it also looks as though Hope(Nydia) is right behind her in the same catagory. Yana not makes type too heavy, everyone knows that about Maks. Marina is a buddy type for Maks. Kristi is just bad news all the way never knew why he kissed her anyway, Ilona is still there because the girls will not leave her be and Maks is making a statement to them because they are bitches!
