sup man @machinima, I'm trying hard to up my vertical leap by going through the training system at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com - and just now gained over 8-9 inches thus far truthfully I'm even now a little away from being able to jump high enough to dunk the ball smoothly. It's really my first day of my second week so far, is there anything I'm missing? guidelines?
